That sounds really weird...

The server is hosted in england, which means everyone who is close to england gets better connection (FRANCE, HOLLAND, ITALY)
But if you live across the sea of england (U.S.A, CANADA, MEXICO) you get worse connection
In antartica you will get a terrible connection

Ping is a utility used to measure the time frame it takes to reach a response from host on an IP. The time is measured in 'ms' or milleseconds, this means that if you're cmd returned a ping of 1000 from CubeCraft Games, then every second (because 1000 milleseconds is 1 second) everything would update, this is incredibly slow. Average response times or 'ping' are about 10ms - 70ms or about 0.07 seconds.
