lost rank?

I just bought a new minecraft license. I used to have Emerald rank in the old one. Is there anyway I can load or reinstall the rank into my new license?

I think that you should contact the helpdesk for this : sales@cubecraft.net this is their email . if you send them a email with youre problem they will try to mail you back within 48 hours

@TimonThijs I am sorry but there's noway to transfer your rank from your account to your new one.

As @AdventureeTree has stated, ranks are not transferable between accounts, sorry.
