I have a question.
Is the 5zig mod allowed in cubecraft

I don't see any rules against the modification, but I cannot answer this for you.

The answer is..

5zig mod is allowed. If the mod doesn't give any advantage to a player over another player, it's fine. We haven't banned anyone for using it, well, because it's not bannable. I've seen people use it and by far, I don't see anything wrong with it. So yeah, you can use it.
