Someone hacked my account and I need to use another

Someone hacked my account and now will not let me change the skin, or the nick or anything.
Mojang not yet replied and as long ... and I do not answer me ... Still I use but I can not change anything and I feel useless.
What was planned was that you let me use another account instead of this, the other account is "iValeen". And if you let me use that and not this, and there are no complications with the "multiaccounts" I will not use my current account more "ValenGam3r" on the server.

Sadly you'll have to wait until Mojang replies to your support email because as far as I am aware CubeCraft does not give out free accounts (unless its for a giveaway)

As @CaptainDawg_ said if your account has been hacked or anything like that its not like our problem, you must try get an answer from Mojang because Cubecraft can't really do anything about it.

I'm not asking me to give away an account or do something about it, I just said I had a big problem with Mojang and as CubeCraft is the server that more game, I ask that if you use another account has no problem with "alts ". Or that I minimally pass the Iron range of this account to the account "iValeen".

Do you have proof that someone hacked your account?.
Do you have proof that you already send a message to Mojang?
Do you have proof about your rank and account?

If the answer is yes to all, could you provide it please?
I think that if your account was banned, an owner can Ban it and move your Iron rank to the ''iValeen'' account, but that owner needs the proof/evidence of all c:.

Provide it, i'll just tagg @Joe Henry and @Marco Slater .

EXTRA : I can't promise you that your problem will be Solved right now.
If you have evidence of all PROBABLY One of the owners will help you, so be patient.

Evidence that and send a message to Mojang: I really do not know how to show it, because Mojang contact must send a message from the same page of Mojang saying your problem, but it is not saved anywhere you sent her a message, then I do not know how I did show them, just tell them I did it many times.

In that instant. I can use the account but it's as if only I could use it. I can not change the nick, or skin, or anything. Therefore I prefer to transfer everything to "iValeen"
