Demotion Rank?

So this is a suggestion for one new rank, how to get this rank is for getting demoted as staff ;-;

What my suggestion is to add a new rank called Retired. What this means is like if an staff member gets demoted or he/she resigned they get the Retired rank, if they get Retired they do have still some perks, here is a list:

* Perks as the LapizRank.

* 500 Vanity Points every week.

* Access to the gadgets: Cowboy, Villager Launcher and Firework Bow.

* /tp [player] in the single lobby.

* Vote for Sunset/Day/Night Time on Skywars.

* Tag Shown as [Retired]

Those were the things the Retired rank should have if it gets added, if you dont agree, thats fine! You might think that the staffteam gets demoted/resigned to Stone but then the people know they were staff and then they have some perks :)

A lot of staff members (almost everyone) already has a donator rank, and tp'ing could still be abused by staff members who've been demoted.
Also the tag could cause targeting.

Sorry, I don't like this idea very much. As said above, very few staff members don't have a rank higher than lapiz already, and the tag would cause targeting. If they have resigned, they probably don't want any attention anyways.

I know you mean well @Mr_Jason by this, but this will never be created.

Majority of staff who leave (retire), don't want attention from users anymore. They want to be like everyone else. So, no more spam essentially. Giving them a special rank, am sure they'll receive the same amount of questions as a staff member. Staff get perks as staff, because they are volunteers and we really appreciate the work they do, and get lots of other little rewards from me. Glorifying a position you get from 'leaving' or being 'demoted' with perks and a title, is ridiculous.
