We get people saying this all the time to us. In fact, I find that the majority of my appeals are "my cousin did it" or "my brother did it" or "my friend did it". What we say to this, is that it's the account that matters, not the person. We have no way of telling that this person may use your account and hack again. It's your responsibility to make sure nobody else uses your account.

Are you trying to say someone used your account? Then it would still be you that got muted. The owner of the account will take blame for anything that happens on that account. so basically even if it was your brother, your friend or even if someone 'hacked' your account, it would be your account and your responsibility and you will have to face the punishment. A tip for next time, don't let others use your account if you don't trust them to not go and do stupid things.

Your account is your responsibility. You can appeal at http://appeals.ccgn.co. Most of the time people get unmuted after 1-3 months (unless you advertised). Have a nice day. :)
