appeals.ccgn.co doesn't work

When I try to submit it the name I have doesn't work. The one I was muted on does though. But when I try to submit one while I'm on my old account that I got muted on it works until I hit sumbit appeal. Then it just takes me to the start where you have to enter your name. Please help I need to be unmuted.

Why would you want to appeal on a non-muted account..?

You have to appeal with the name of the Minecraft account you're muted from. If you have done that already and you did not receive any feedback, the appeal was denied and you cannot appeal again so you have to wait till your mute lasts. You can check your mute status at: https://bans.cubecraftgames.net/
