Enable mobs in Factions.

The title pretty much says it all? Could mob spawning be changed back to how it used to be? Many players are finding it difficult to get items from mobs early on and spawners are not always easy to get hold of.

Huh. I thought mobs spawned normally, but I guess that was changed. I'll talk to the other staff/owners about it.
