Bedrock Me banearon en CubeCraft temporalmente e injustamente

I hope you are feeling very well.
I want to explain to you this situation that literally happened to me just.
I was playing a game on CubeCraft at Skywars Mega, with my friends at a party, on the new Swirls summer map.
Situation:
I jumped to put a block on the wall of one of the map structures, and the Cubecraft lag disappeared the block and then I fell into the void, after about 3 minutes, CubeCraft closed automatically, and it gave me this message:
Your access to Cubecraft has been temporarily suspended due to:
Unfair advantage (automatic trap detection by Sentinel)
Visit appeals.cubecraft.net with code
Your ban will expire in: 7 days.

I literally don't understand what happened.
The truth is I got angry.
I don't plan to be without playing Cubecraft for 7 days, plus my CubeCraft account has VIP level 6 and an active Bedwars pass, I don't want to lose it.

Please fix this.

Estaba jugando una partida en CubeCraft en Skywars Mega, con mis amigos en una fiesta, en el nuevo mapa de verano Swirls.
Situación:
Me tiré para poner un bloque en la pared de una de las estructuras del mapa, y el lag de Cubecraft desapareció el bloque y entonces me caí en el vacío, luego de unos 3 minutos, se me cerró CubeCraft automáticamente, y me dió este mensaje:
Se te ha suspendido temporalmente el acceso a Cubecraft por:
Ventaja injusta (detección automática de trampas por parte de Sentinel)
Visita appeals.cubecraft.net con el código 7108.
Tu prohibición expirará en: 7 días.

Literalmente no entiendo qué pasó.
La verdad me enojé.
No pienso estar sin jugar Cubecraft por 7 días, además mi cuenta de CubeCraft tiene nivel VIP 6 y un pase activo de Bedwars, no quiero perderlo.

Muchísimas gracias! Por cierto. Estoy buscando a alguien que hable español para que me entrene bien. Soy versión Bedrock, nivel 52, nivel VIP 6, tengo un pase activo: Bedwars Pass. Juego en Cubecraft desde hace 8 meses y nunca cambié mi cuenta.
Dato extra que capaz sirva; una vez cambié mi gamertag. (Antes era; Pichisama4721. Nombre de usuario actual; LA AWAWOTA9 )
y otro dato extra; ya muchos jugadores (no los nombro para cumplir las reglas) me conocen por mi habilidad para jugar, ya que además es difícil porque juego desde Playstation con joystick.
Y soy amigo de los mejores jugadores de Skywars de todo CubeCraft, es decir, juego bien. Pero me hace falta mejorar mi KnockBack, mi golpeó, y otros trucos.

Espero que alguien haya leído todo esto, si es así, desde ya muchísimas gracias y espero que alguien quiera ser mi entrenador.

You are very welcome and thank you for sharing your gaming profile it's really impressive that you reached level 52 on PlayStation with a controller in just 8 months.
Since playing with a joystick against PC players is a huge challenge, regarding your training, since you specifically need someone who speaks Spanish to help you improve your combos and knockback, I highly recommend checking out the official CubeCraft Discord server under the language channels or looking for Spanish-speaking clans, You will definitely find many pro players there who would love to coach you and practice together.
Also as tip for playing with a controller you should try to increase your sensitivity slightly and play with it until you master it, Then increase it a little bit more and get used to it again, Because on a controller the higher the sensitivity the better it's for turning and PvP but be careful not to make a huge jump all at once or you will completely ruin your aim, just raise it a small amount each time you get comfortable.

De nada, y gracias por compartir tu perfil de juego. Es realmente impresionante que hayas alcanzado el nivel 52 en PlayStation con un mando en tan solo 8 meses.
Dado que jugar con un joystick contra jugadores de PC es un gran desafío, en cuanto a tu entrenamiento, como necesitas específicamente a alguien que hable español para ayudarte a mejorar tus combos y el retroceso, te recomiendo encarecidamente que consultes el servidor oficial de Discord de CubeCraft en los canales de idiomas o que busques clanes de habla hispana. Seguro que encontrarás allí a muchos jugadores prsofesionales que estarán encantados de entrenarte y practicar juntos.
Como consejo para jugar con mando, intenta aumentar ligeramente la sensibilidad y juega con ella hasta que la domines. Luego, auméntala un poco más y vuelve a acostumbrarte. En un mando, cuanto mayor sea la sensibilidad, mejor será para girar y para el PvP, pero ten cuidado de no aumentarla demasiado de golpe o arruinarás por completo tu puntería. Simplemente auméntala poco a poco hasta que te sientas cómodo.
Te deseo mucha suerte con tu entrenamiento.

Everyone can appeal your ban then, but lots of people are toxic and will say racist stuff and hate speech in your appeal to sabotage it and give you a perm ban. So just don't do that. Glad you're unbanned though

Cualquiera puede apelar tu baneo, pero mucha gente es tóxica y dirá cosas racistas y discursos de odio en tu apelación para sabotearla y conseguir que te baneen permanentemente. Así que no lo hagas. Me alegro de que te hayan levantado el baneo.
