Mount Everest sounds interesting, but it also seems like too strenuous and difficult of a trip for my liking
The 5-star submarine trip at Point Nemo sounds like a cool vacation. You might end up seeing bioluminescent life outside which is definitely a rare experience. Also, it would be great if the submarine had a swimming pool and bowling alley… However, I want to make sure that the submarine has been tested first for safety purposes xD
To add to that, maybe some kind of escape pods or escape ship could be made that could exit the submarine and go to the surface in case of an emergency. They could come with a GPS tracking device and food and water. Also it could have a backup life support system in case the power goes out. The submarine could overall be equipped similar to a spaceship. In addition, maybe a small base could be built somewhere near Point Nemo that the submarine can depart from and return to on the weekends
This could honestly be a good setting for a thriller/sci-fi movie, where someone takes a vacation in a submarine cruise but things start to go wrong; maybe an unknown sea monster attacks at some point and the main character has to figure out an escape plan. For the context of this movie, the trip could be a privately funded one that’s only happening once (or rarely) which means that there’s no surface base to return to in this case
