How to use mods on Minecraft Bedrock

I know you can use certain mods on Cubecraft server, but how do I use/activate one of the allowed mods on Minecraft Bedrock for Windows 10?
Is this even possible? I think so. I mostly want to get a better sprinting mod and BetterPVP mod. How can I do this?

Onix client for windows 10. Their discord server is https://discord.gg/onixlient . go to #downloads and download the launcher and launch client. it has a lot of mods built in. And yes, cubecraft allows onix client
