I need some tips on how to get exp fast and what enchants should be put on a wooden tool for me to waste as little exp as possible

Fishing and mining quartz ore gives you a lot of exp.

Fishing isn't realy worth it it takes ages to get levels after lvl 40

Use piglin mob grinders

Also I suggest getting looting as it will help a ton with future quests
