I think that donators shouldn't have as severe punishments for breaking the rules. I mean there would still be consequences like temp mute for advertising or temp ban for hacking. The reason I think this is that if someone has paid for the server and then because they get banned they couldn't use their perks anymore. That is basically scamming them. The stones haven't paid anything so it isn't scamming them for a perm ban or perm mute. Also, scamming someone is illegal

Henry just because someone donates, it does not mean they are important people... It only means that they donated money to help the server, if they break the rules it would just cause more problems and it will be their fault.

No one cares if you are a donator or not, if you don't want to get banned then don't break the rules.
It's not scam when a player agrees to the terms and the player has a choice not to do it.

@emiraati if someone's friends or parents or someone came in with a knife and said they were going to kill them if they didn't break the rules, that could happen
