Quartz Generator Broken and Gone

I mined all my 101 nether quartz generators as normal because I have been playing on Mcpe cubecraft since day one. When I mined them they dropped quartz and xp but no red terrocota formed. I relogged and all my generators were gone and they are unreplaceable. Can someone help me my ign is Basemusician253.

Ok I’ll but I kinda of need the quartz generators back cause they are unreplaceable. You can turn back my island to oct 5 if you can cause that was the last day I played cause I quit after I lost my all those generators.
