What happen if someone gives a inappropiated cape to someone, and then report him?

One thing I would like to add is that people can put innapropriate capes on others (Not only stupid, but why waste a cape), like Jeb did have an innapropriate cape put on him and it was there for a while (He probably doesn't use Optfine so he didn't realise, I guess)

Good question, to be honest, I don't have think it, but I suppose that the reported player should present a test. And the false reporter (the person who gives the cape) will be perm banned.

Today, I created one thread named "Report command needs a modification" (which you can read)

The issue is that debating one of these things, I get noticed that (Currently, Inappropiate/Offensive Capes are not a punish offence) [by @Keanu] so I decided to create this thread.

Well, As we all know skins/names offensive are punished. But, why not the capes? (From my view point, the capes are elements like a skin) - The answer that they have say me: "Capes are not things of Mojang - are exclusive elements" and yeah, It's true, not are a Mojang elements, but some capes can be offensive to some players/or in general.

Yesterday, while I was playing some Skywars games, I found this guy in a match:

https://es.namemc.com/profile/bunnymilk.1 (And yeah, I don't have a full image of the cape, but it can be viewed at page (section: skins - I'm sorry for do public the identity of this player, but community has to see it.)

So, in conclusion of the thread, Offensive/Inappropiate capes has to be punished, because to all people that use optifine (like me) can see these "things"...

And, how I said, capes (from my view point) are considered accessories/elements from a skin, It's very similar to a skin, because it's a symbol, it show something.

So please, support me in this thread giving a like and voting in the poll ("Yes, it has to be punished").

I don't have a cape in optifine, but I suppose when someone give you something, there has to be an a message or something... no?
