I play a lot of skywars and i saw a guy with a cape or a baby yoda in the back,

I try to ask on a server how can i have that but nobody tell me,

On Bedrock, you can set your skin with a cape, I mean you should try to search in internet for skins with capes.

If it’s on Java you can purchase optifine cape.Those have some cool animations and colours

Just download a bedrock skin with a cape.

I know people could get custom skins with capes but I don't think the capes work anymore or it's just for me but do you mean this as it's what first popped into my head:
