I see. You've been banned by IceScreams for cheating. You think you've been unfairly banned and want to tell him. That's possible! You've already done the first step, appeal, though it seems it has been denied. The next thing you can do is contact him somewhere privately (making a conversation with him here on forums or contacting him on Discord). If you explain in detail what happend he might consider relooking into the situation. If he makes his final statement and keeps you banned, you have to accept that and not start spamming him.
