Tagging in pictures.

You know in Instagram you can tag people in a picture? In all the selfies that people post you should be able to tag them, if you like the idea say so.

Oh, how about when you hover over their skin or something, it says their name like @derp. And the thread maker can move the tag box around and such..... they also can make it visable or not visable

I don't think its this easy to add stuff to the forums, It's all based of a template and you just alter little things. Might be wrong though.
