Assuming you are preparing something special for a person you like, I have 2 ideas that may help you or inspire you to do something even cooler.
1. If you know each other in real, and have pictures together, you may add them in the video for example.
2. The second idea is a thing that I personally find very original, because every person on earth likes to feel loved and appreciated. You probably have heard of '50 things I like in you' or '50 reasons I love you', doesn't matter. They will feel more and more special after every sentence. The more the reasons are, the better ;)
