To be honest, I don't see why not as I don't play them. But, they do breed very toxic people and also increase cheaters. Look at any server with ranked modes and see the hackers.

Also - I think if it's added there should not be rewards as like I said people will cheat like crazy.

How can creating a seperate way of matchmaking guarantee a increase of cheaters?

I'm not sure I understand what he meant but if he meant that there is a rating. 100% increase in cheaters look at competitive servers all shut down and the owners all said that by having ratings on players increases cheaters, because people get competitive. But, if he meant like people with certain K/Ds or wins or kills play against each other then sure.

I think he meant ranked as, obsidian ranked people, emerald ranked people ... etc.

Hell no. Games fill up slowly as it is. With making ranked-only games, both Ranked and Unranked lobbies would take longer to start due to the lack of consistant player base on CCG. With 1000-2500 players average, splitting up the games into specific categories would cause confusion and delays in the game starts.

Still as optional, 90% of ranked players would chose rank-only games, leaving the normal games with only a handful of people. Yes there are the players who would still play Normal (myself included) but the games would be delayed no matter what.
