Seems like you don't quite qualify just yet!
The requirements for the Youtube rank are: A minimum of 40 thousand subscribers, and 4 videos recorded on Cubecraft with the IP (play.cubecraft.net) in the description.
Currently, you only have 1 recorded video on Cube, and you don't have the IP in the description. To qualify, you need to record 3 more videos & put the IP of the server in the description of all three of this and the one you've linked on this thread.
