You should be able to pick your own mode for duels.

Its very annoying when you get put into a mode that you don`t like, the archer mode or basic mode. I think there should be a way to pick what mode you want to play or gamemode. :P

You are able to select the kit you want to play in duels by clicking on a mannequin with the button on the right side of your mouse, but you can only do this if you have a rank (if that's what you're talking about).

@ChaosConjurer lock this has been answered no need for the same comments. @warriors1976 I disagree with that if you want to play with the kit you choose then simply buy a rank iron will do.

Sorry but I don't agree on this. The map selection is probably one of the only reasons someone would consider buying an iron rank.

As previously mentioned, you need at least Iron rank in order to pick kits in duels. However, you can pick any kit you want when dueling a specific player by right clicking on them while in the PvP lobbies. I hope this answer was helpful. Should you wish to purchase Iron rank, you can do so here.
