Bedrock Why cant I open the eggwars shop while holding my sword

Ok this is a very valid reason that I never thought of myself but there should be a way to disable it. I hate playing CubeCraft Skywars just because of this menu that you are not able to disable.

I think you can open it using right click.

To answer of of you guy'z question it shows cause while in 1vs1 combat the shop might open then you will stop moving and ur opponent will kill you
