Whitelisting and island shops?

1. Is it possible to whitelist people on my solo island so that they can work with it as well and
2. Can you sell items to people and set up your own personal stores on your island?

If neither of these features exist then I would consider this a recommendation thread then.

Hi!
You cannot add players on your solo island, to play with other players you’ll have to play co-op. This will start a new a world...
You can’t sell items to other players.
Which I don’t want, this would be too easy for new players to do everything by just having a friend who has everything...

However, it would be cool to have tiered shops like if you are at desert, you can buy and sell all materials that you can obtain by waiting, but you set a fixed price, no giveaways (AI shopkeeper, owner deposits materials, sets prices on a per-stack basis(first 64 $100 each, second $250, ect.))
