When reporting an ip of some other server ...

When reporting any player who passes IP of another server I think you would have better sense if:

a small portion of the IP is cross out since the report yourself keep up with spam that IP to this page, forum

Example:

Instead of: mincraftholaquehace.org.com.es
Do this: minecraf * h * ol *** org.com.es.

And small part of the IP is allowed to know it is spam

Example:

A player named Morgan send a server IP to the chat.
So, someone has to report him. But! if i report a server IP i will cross a little part of the IP just for know that is a server IP.

But why i have to cross a little part of the IP? So, if you report an IP without crossing it you are causing MORE spam , because you are sharing that server IP.

If you dont understand me xD here is another example:

Look! The server IP isn´t cross , so i have to cross it.

I will cross the IP like this BUT! just a little to know that is a server IP:
