How annoying can it be playing against campers...

I've had my fair share of campers in-game; some making the game an outrageous 2 hours long!

Playing op without half health takes a long time, might as well leave it tbh since they aren't worth it

I enjoy slightly quick games of Eggwars, anything that is 25 minutes+ really stops being fun for me. Personally, grinding and then long fights isn't enjoyable but some people find it entertaining.

Whenever I play against camperos, I have to buy ender pearl, notchs and many blocks.
It really is very difficult to play with them.
