What to do after final boss?

So I defeated the final boss, got the Frost and void Wand and completed all Quests( I think). Cant get the Item from Kymeriel so I just have to wait for the fix. What can I do now?

Grind in the Labyrinth and try to get the Level 200 jagged armor
It's 705,000,000 Spirit each piece
