What for ranks can join the server when the server is full?

im pretty sure that any rank can join the server when it is full. (sometimes it is glitchy though)

also the stone rank? sometimes i cant join with stone rank.
can iron rank or higher always join the server when the server is full?

Or would a iron rank be kicked from the server when connecting to a full server?
