What can be done?

Well, today I reported some hackers. One of them replied on her video in YouTube.

So... My question is: what can be done in cases like this? I mean, she could be lieing, but I do not think none of them will stop hacking. What do you think?

Unfortunately, if an alt check doesn't work, nothing can be done. Just keep reporting hackers! :)
