Firstly, requesting for locks on threads where you are not the OP is looked down upon, so I'd suggest you refrain from doing so.
Secondly, this isn't "negotiating for subs", he's just sharing him & his friend's channel which I believe is allowed.

Dude as long as you don't advertise/ask players to play on their server it's fine.
She's not naming any ip nor is she saying that Hypixel is better than Cube. Yes it's weird to have that as a Status but really now what's the problem?
