Due to the popular support this suggestion had (https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/make-support-a-staff-only-subforum.285976), we discussed this change with the moderation team and have decided to restrict the option to reply to support threads.
From now on, only team members will be able to reply to questions in this subforum.
What is the advantage of this change?
Through this change we aim to provide community members with an official and concise answer, avoiding redundancy and possible wrong answers that may arise.
Does this mean that support threads will no longer be visible?
No. All questions asked in the support sub-forum will continue to be visible to everyone.
Also many users use Google as their first option when they have a doubt about the server, and we don't want to block those redirections.
