Want to change my forum username

Hello there! I am Flubbish in-game, and I'm wondering how to change my forum username. I went to https://www.cubecraft.net/account/change-username, but it just said I don't have sufficient permissions to change my username so I am looking for some help on how to do that as I changed my minecraft name from Scubbish to Flubbish and I intend to keep that name forevermore.
