VPN Problem please FIX!

I remember when I played on the server normally with my WI-FI but I found a VPN problem. I didn't make or set anything with the router. I tried to connect with another Wi-Fi and it always worked normally. I'll send photos from one and the other Wi-Fi. Please excuse some mistakes I write it in google translator. If you do not understand something. I am Czech and if you need to translate something from Czech to English you can ask me or use a google translator. Have a nice day.
