Voting in Pre-Game Lobby

I'm pretty sure this has been asked before, but I think ranks should only be allowed to vote in pre-game lobby so players can know what they're getting themselves into, especially since /leave counts as a loss. :)

It is always possible that they could make a /lobby before the start of the game not count as a loss but I'm not sure about this one. If I had to vote before the game started the spam would go up exponentially.

I am in the middle of this. 1 because like @QuackoNumeroUno said, it would cause more spam.
BUT I would like this so that I can annoy spammers by voting hardcore and then leaving.

Yeah like a pregame vote and if no one likes it we leave :)

I agree. My win-to-lose ratio is bad (In my eyes) because I used to always leave an OP game or a triple health game.
Back then I didn't care about my stats.
