Resolved VIP Issue When Buying

My mom bought me VIP for my birthday and when she did, I didn't get it the first time, but she said they took the money, then she tried 1 more time and they took the money but still no VIP, please grant me the VIP or else my mom will kill me! And Please THIS IS NOT JOKE D:
