Update the kits

Now that Skywars is in 1.8, I think that the enchanter kit must include lapiz, in order to enchant things, due that in the chests there is no lapiz.

There are lapis within chests, however it's very minimized, staff are aware of this issue as it has been mentioned previously.

ok, thanks. But I think that if you have bought the kit, you must be able to enchant things, and you have to be lucky to find lapiz in the chests. Again, thanks.
