The accounts aren't updating whenever a skin is changed, at least not for me. Maybe do a daily update/refresh to keep everything up-to-date?

It does update automatically, but due to some limits it can have some issues. If you are on a Desktop/Laptop, on Chrome do this to fix it:
Right click the page
Click inspect
Right click the refresh symbol
Click empty cache and hard reload
