My Friend Recently got muted Permantlly for saying stfu to NoMercySkillz She said if she dosent get unmuted she will leave the server forever and im begging you guys to unmute my friend Her name is 10H3 and if u guys can unmute here it will be greatful and ill will be so happy i just want to talk to her again

If your friend wants a small chance to get an unmute, she'll have to contact @StorySays , since he's the one who muted her.
Saying she will leave the server if she doesn't get an unmute is a bad excuse, and it won't change the situation.
