Bedrock MinerWare Unlucky or bug

Recently, I saw player Joanna20094 got chosen to be the hot potato in minerware 7 times in a row. I am not sure if it is a bug of the random picker or just very unlucky (1 in 2187)?

Thanks, but 1 in 2187 chance is not too suspicious as the large amount of player on cubecraft and probably have a few players this unlucky. When it get more unlucky, I will consider reporting.
