Bedrock BlockWars Intentional or unlucky

Recently, I saw player Joanna20094 got allocated to blockwars bridges more often than expected. There are 4 blackwars gamemode, so I assume there is a 25% chance of getting in any gamemode. Joanna20094 told me irl that she have more than 50% of the time playing bridges.
I can think of some possible reasons:
-The gamemodes does not have even odds (25% each)
-More of the same gamemode games are opened during a certain time in a day
-Simply very unlucky (Odds are equal, just by random getting this result)
-Due to a glitch of random number generators
Those are just some possibe reasons of this issue, if anyone know the exact reason, please consider answering, that will help a ton.

If this is about giga blockwars, I think some gamemodes are offline and others are online at certain points

if this is about blockwars Giga, I am assuming your friend does not have the blockwars rank to choose the mode, I think it depends on which game mode is active and which is not. given the online modes, it allocates gamemode on which game has more players to start the game ( I think).
