Unfairly permanent ban

I played minecraft a while ago i never hacked, always respected the rules,... I also bought an emerald rank but stopped playing after 2 months but now i rejoined minecraft and wanted to play but i see that i am permanently banned. I found out that i was "hacked" because my email that i used for minecraft was also hacled and i saw that passwords were changed etc.

So my question is can i get unbanned and if i get unbanned will i keep my emerald rank?

According to the appeals page you were banned by Sentinel, and your appeal was denied. You'll have to contact CapitanGato about your ban, as he deals with Sentinel appeals. https://www.cubecraft.net/conversations/add?to=Capitan
