I am pretty sure under da sea is still there, just not in the rotation much. I have played on it in 1.8, so I know it's there. Just be patient, it will appear eventually.

I have seen a lot of players playing on it in 1.8, if it does not appear in one lobby then go to another and i think there are different games in different lobbies so you will find it eventulally

EggWars is in 1.8, SkyWars too though. So UnderDaSea is also in 1.8, but it's such a popular map that it isn't showing up very often. Just wait for 1 I'd say.
