Well go contact a staff member, if you're banned because of sentiel or a staff member, after that use to the code to Appeal

It might be an issue, it happen sometimes. You should contact to a sentinel developer through a private forums conversation or wait until a staff answer you here. Since you got no appeal code, you cannot appeal at the appeals site.

Edit: Also, next time you have a problem, you should make it into support section, since this can be mistaken for a joke or staff don't look at it as they'd do on support.
