Resolved Unban an account?

Hello everyone, I just wanted to know to see the possibility of this account getting unbanned. Ive recently became the new owner of my brothers older account called epelexe, he told me he was permanently banned and told me to appeal, I have tried to appeal but the code does not work. I really want the account because it has vip level 3 and I want to continue getting the VIP levels and gifts in server. Please if I can get some help getting the account unbanned that will be very helpful. I never use hacks and I don't plan on i just want to play on this account. Oh btw the account username is Epelexe I have gained the control of both accounts

When you put the appeal code in, only include the four digits and not the "_mco"
