Unable to Unlock Emerald Door

So I have been trying to unlock the door for the "Emerald Room" so I can complete the Easter event, but it wont open. I think the code is ------ or ------ and I have put those numbers in for the last hour now and it still wont work. I think I'm bugged or something.

If someone can help me out, that would be really appreciated, thanks!
