Tool breaking noise

I feel like it would be a nice feature to have a noise played when your tools are close to breaking similar to how the text shows up. I don't know if this is already a feature but it doesn't seem like it is so I thought I'd give a suggestion.

Hey! If you're playing Java, this should already be a thing. When your tool is about to break, you hear a thorns sound every time you mine something with you almost broken tool. I am not sure about bedrock.

There is a sound but it plays right as your tool breaks.
