Although there's a lot of warnings before beginning the game, there's also a lot of user who seems to not read the messages and doesn't care about bans. You would be scared if tell you how many users I've seen this week doing teaming (All of them, now, banned)

Now the players who do team is because they want to do (they know teaming isn't allowed and it's a bannable offence). I remember my times of rules infractor (few years ago) I did team with one friend and we didn't have these warnings, that's the difference between now and past.
