I understand why the cool down time is in place but It kinda sucks, and although this suggestion is flawed... Maybe reduce cool down time or abolish it altogether...... :)

Yes I agree, it should be reduced, at least for some people.

I agree. Sometimes I make a profile post and realize I need to add something but then I have to wait awhile before I can type and I always forget what I was gonna say.
