/Tell cooldown?

Ok, I don't know whether anyone else finds this annoying, but I hate the way that you can spam in /tell.
It makes it really annoying and I wish they added a cooldown so you couldn't spam because it can get very annoying for a lot of people


P.S: Just a quick question- Is /tell spam reportable?
Also, I think this has been suggested before, but I think it would help a lot of people and should be added as it wouldn't take very much effort to do

I think maybe a 2-3 second cool down will be reasonable. I know how you feel when someone spams that so its +1

Yes it's reportable as long as you warn them.
Adding a cool down isn't really gonna do much, the person could just spam you in global chat, or alternate between the two to bypass it.
Just warn them that you'll report if they don't stop.

It's a good idea, I always get people wanting to duel me in PvP. So apparently their only option is to spam me in PMs. Maybe like a 1 or 2 second cool down would be good!
