anybody here think that the fire aspect swords are overpowered? there as been many times where i had better gear and simply because my opponent had a fire sword he had a sever advantage. that means he dosent have to fight me he just has to hit me then run and when im running away i cant regen nor run correctly so i was thinking we either nerf it or remove it

Water. :)

PvP is a combination of a lot of aspects.
Calculating how much health your opponent might have,
Knowing when to fight or when to hide,
Placing blocks, water or lava to slow down your opponent,
Extinguishing yourself if you're on fire,
....

Anything can be overpowered if used correctly, even a deadbush!

You can put water in your offhand if you're worried about lava/fire.

You can do the thing with your off-hand, but for the most experienced PvP players, you can try to hotkey. That's why I do. :)
But water is a very good item to prevent fire. If you don't have water, try to get him on fire aswell. Try it with a lava bucket or flint and steel.

Fire is pretty much the only way to beat a stacked player in a 1v1 without fire or lava you have no chance.
The only other way in underwater is pearling on top of mid and knocking them off when they come at you. :D

If you are having trouble with hitting while on fire just get a low fire texture pack(if you don't have one. Water buckets can be life savers and if the person keeps turning to hit you in the same way constantly then predict it and crit hit them any time they do it.
